Then it remains in the upper part of the molten pool. Under the action of stirring, the ash is discharged from the ash discharge hole in the middle and lower part of the container, and the molten aluminum is discharged from the discharge hole at the bottom of the container and directly cast into an aluminum ingot. During the stirring process, aluminum is burned and oxidized to form smoke and pollute the environment. A smoke exhaust device is installed on the upper part of the container. Under the action of the rear fan, the flue gas and hot air flow are separated by cyclone to collect coarse dust, and then enter the water bath dust collector. The clean gas after secondary purification treatment is discharged into the atmosphere. In areas with strict environmental protection requirements, a pulse dust collector is equipped, and the emission concentration can be controlled below 50mg.
