2. Use matters:

2.1 Adding temperature: >750°C.

2.2 The reference dosage of this product is calculated according to the following formula:

Note: Due to the difference between the users and the metallurgical conditions in the furnace, the actual yield and the actual addition amount should be calculated and determined based on the test data before the furnace.

2.3 Add method

After the charge is melted, stir it evenly, take a sample and analyze it to calculate the amount of iron added. When the melting temperature is reached, remove the dross on the surface of the melt, and disperse this product into various parts of the molten pool (if it is necessary to add manganese and copper agents, they can be added at the same time).

After the reaction is complete, stand still for 5 minutes; fully stir, then stand still for 20-30 minutes; melt completely, take samples for analysis, and then transfer to the next process if the ingredients are qualified.

3. Packaging and storage:

This product is round cake-shaped dark gray lump, the inner packaging is vacuum bag/aluminum foil packaging, 250g/block, 1kg/bag, and the outer packaging is cardboard box, 20kg/box. Store in a ventilated and dry place, away from moisture.

4. Shelf life

Eight months, can use it directly after opening the box.
