Product Description

It is white high-quality ceramic fiber refractory mud.

Application range

Runner funnel lining, diverter plate for continuous casting or horizontal casting;

Inner lining of heat treatment furnace;

The lining material of the batching furnace;

Lining of ladles, spoons, etc.;

Suitable for any part where minimum temperature drop is required.

Application method

First dip the trowel in water to avoid sticking to the refractory material, then mold the refractory mud on the surface of the metal or refractory material to the required thickness and smooth the surface mud. 10 mm thick, dry 30-

60 minutes, if the thickness is greater than 30 mm, the drying time should be more than 3 hours.

Therefore, the refractory mud is thixotropic. Before use, please take out the whole bag of refractory mud in the bucket, or pull it out and put it into another bag, and gently hit the bag with a mallet until it becomes soft,for easy to use.
