2. Use matters:

2.1 Adding temperature: ≥730°C.

2.2 The reference dosage of this product is calculated according to the following formula:

Note: Due to the difference of users and metallurgical conditions in the furnace, the actual addition amount should be calculated and determined based on the test data before the furnace.

2.3 add method:

After melting in the furnace, stir evenly, take a sample and analyze to calculate the amount of chromium agent added. When the melt temperature is reached, remove the dross on the surface of the melt, and disperse the product into various parts of the molten pool (if it is necessary to add manganese and copper agents, they can be added at the same time). After the reaction is complete, stand still for 10-20 minutes, then fully stir for 5 minutes; stand still again for another 5-10 minutes, and take a sample for analysis; Only the ingredients are qualified then it can be transferred to the next process.

3. Packaging and storage:

This product is a round cake-shaped dark gray lump, the inner packaging is plastic bag/vacuum bag/aluminum foil packaging; the outer packaging is cardboard box; 500g/piece, 2.5kg/bag, 20kg/box. Store in a ventilated and dry place, away from moisture.

4. Shelf life

Eight months, can use it directly after opening the box.
